After generating the HTML, select the text (<Ctrl A>) and copy it to the clipboard (<Ctrl C>). Then paste it to an html page on your Web site.

Step 2 of 3

You must also place a page on your Web site to display the results of the survey. This page should be in the same folder as the survey. The name of the file is "survey_software_results.html". Do not change the name of this file.

The following text is a complete html file that can be used to delete the results file, IP logging file, and cookies (e.g., you'll want to delete any test data before going live). Save this as an html file in the same folder as the survey. You may use any file name.
