a Form for Data Entry (Continued)
This is the form that was automatically created.
If you want to delete some or all of the
variables from the form, highlight the text and data
input fields to be deleted. Then click the Cut Button (or
choose Edit, Delete) to delete the variables from the
form. To delete all the variables on a form (for example,
to just start over), choose Edit, Select All, and then
click the Cut Button or choose Edit, Delete. The codebook
is not affected by any changes made to the form.
