StatPac uses an easy programming language for designing procedures. Each line in the procedure file begins with a keyword. The first line in a procedure file should specify what study you want to use. For example: Study Tutorial When you type this line on the left side of the screen and press enter, the variables from your codebook will automatically load and be displayed on the right side of the screen.
From this point on, all subsequent lines will use the codebook and data file called TUTORIAL unless the STUDY keyword is used again in the procedure file. |
